Purchase from Le Golden Wardrobe will signify your agree of our Terms & Conditions.

Products Information

- Le Golden Wardrobe makes every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, there might be slight discrepancies in the colors of the items arising from the difference in computer screen resolutions and lighting. As a result, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will be exactly the same as the colors of our products. Please only purchase if you are comfortable with it         

- The measurements may vary 0.5 to 0.75 as the apparels are mass manufactured, this is not considered as defect and no exchange will be entertained

Order Information

- Orders must be stated clearly which include item(s) information(full name, price, colour and size, if applicable) and your E-mail address 

- Orders will be processed within 24 hours


Payment Information
- We accept Internet Banking/ATM transfers to DBS/UOB/OCBC accounts

- Please only make payment after you have received an invoice from us

- Payment has to be made within 24 hours, else the item will be released to next interested buyer

- All ATM transfers must be provided a clear snap shot of the transaction receipt for verification purposes (no scanned copies are allowed)

- I-Banking name has to be provided for i-banking users

- Account number will be given in the invoice

- Payment will be verified within 24 hours


Delivery & Postage Information
- Normal postage: $1.50 and $0.50 for subsequent item

- Registered postage: $2.24 on top of normal postage and is calculated per parcel

- Meet up is available at Tampines, Kembangan, Toa Payoh and Novena

- Item will be delivered within 3 working days after payment is verified

- Weekends are not considered as working days

- We are not responsible for lost parcel (registered postage is strongly encouraged)


Exchange Information
- One-to-one exchange is allowed for defected item

- Please check the item upon receiving it. If there is any issue, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery

- Refund is not allowed for defected item

- Refund or store credit will be given if the item is out-of-stock (at your preference)

- Item must be in its original condition (unworn and unwashed) to be eligible for exchange

- Sold and sales items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable
